PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS:
- On-campus supervised housing
- Quality ice time at Yost Ice Arena (12 hours total)
- Experienced instructors (all instructors are college graduates or have played or coached Division I, pro hockey, or both)
- Excellent power skating program
- Daily video and chalk talk sessions
- Roller hockey and off ice workouts
- Free skate sharpening
SPECIAL FEATURES & DAILY ACTIVITIES:
- All-Star contests - hardest shot, speed and agility skating
- Camp Certificate
- Receive a Practice Jersey (included in camp fee)
- Michigan Hockey and Camp apparel available for purchase
- 1 hour: Power Skating
- 1 hour: Chalk Talk Session - we cover the recruiting process, nutrition, academic/athletic success, and equipment among other topics
- Pro Shop and Snack Bar
EQUIPMENT:
- Bring full equipment compliant with USA Hockey Rules.
- Need sticks for both ice and roller hockey sessions
- Inline skates are optional but strongly encouraged - will be kept at rink
LOGISTICS:
- The Michigan Hockey Camp is NOT for beginning players
- Equipment will be kept at Yost Ice Arena and will be locked daily
- ** IF YOU HAVE A ROOMATE PREFERENCE, PLEASE CHECK IN TOGETHER
- Sunday check-in: 2:00pm
- Live-in Campers: First meal will be breakfast on Monday morning. The last meal will be lunch on Thursday.
- Day Campers: Meal tickets may be purchased at time of registration.
- All campers will be housed in South Quadrangle
